What is the monthly $49.99 fee going towards?
- The $49.99 is applied to any service you choose for the month including skincare, makeup, brow services, and makeup lessons..
What if I don't use my membership one month?
- If you do not use your membership one month, you will be able to roll that benefit over. Meaning you will be able to apply two payments of $49.99 to any combination of services (MAXIMUM) in one month. You WILL NOT be able to rollover more than one benefit.
What if I want to book multiple appointments in one month?
- You will be able to book multiple appointments at the "Member Rate", each month.
What are the "Member Rates"?
- Please see the "Member Rates" under the Services tab
How do I book my "Member" appointment / additional appointments at the discounted "Member Rate"?
- Once you sign up for your membership, you will receive a confirmation email with a special code that will automatically apply your "member rate" to your service. In addition, you will have a special link to book additional appointments using your discounted member rate.
What if my monthly $49.99 does not cover the entire cost of the service?
- If the service booked is more than the monthly $49.99 benefit, then you will pay the balance at the end of your service.
How does my billing cycle work?
- Your billing cycle is determined by the day you purchased your membership. For example, if you purchased your membership on January 7th, your next billing cycle will start on February 7th. You will be able to redeem your benefit anytime from January 7th - February 6th.
